Pressure washing estimate and invoice templates

Pressure washing is priced per square foot of surface, with house washes often flat-rate by home size. These spreadsheets come set up for that, with working totals, tax and deposit, and an example house wash and driveway cleaning to start from.

Free, no sign-up. Works in Excel, Google Sheets and Apple Numbers.

How to use it

  1. 1Download the template. Download the pressure washing estimate or invoice (.xlsx). It opens in Excel, Google Sheets and Apple Numbers.
  2. 2Add your company and customer. Fill in the shaded company, customer and service-address cells, and set the document number and date.
  3. 3Replace the example lines. The example is a house wash and driveway cleaning. Pressure washing is priced per square foot of surface, with house washes often flat-rate by home size. Change the items, quantities and unit prices to your own; line totals and the subtotal update automatically.
  4. 4Set tax and deposit. Mark each line taxable (Y) or not (N), enter your sales tax rate, and set the deposit percent (the example collects none, so the balance equals the total).
  5. 5Review terms and send. Edit the terms to match your policies, save a copy for the customer, and export to PDF to send.

Tips for pressure washing estimates

  • Measure flatwork in square feet; the quantity column does the rest.
  • Mark the soft-wash line taxable only if you bill chemicals that way in your state.
  • Add a sealing line if you seal pavers or concrete after cleaning.

Pressure washing terms included

  • Water supply from the property is used unless stated otherwise.
  • Oxidized or chalking paint may lighten when washed; we test a spot first.

Plus standard validity and payment terms. Edit all of them to match your policies and local law.

FAQ

Pressure washing template questions

Have a question we didn't cover? Book a demo and ask a product specialist.

Should I price house washes per square foot?

Per square foot of siding works well, but a flat price by home size is faster to quote. Pick one and stick to it.

How do I handle minimums?

Add a minimum adjustment line for small jobs.

Do the formulas work in Google Sheets?

Yes. The line totals, subtotal, taxable amount, tax, deposit and balance use standard functions (SUM, SUMIF, ROUND, IF) that work in Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers.
