No. Every plan is a flat monthly price based on the number of field techs. Office staff, managers, and CSRs are included at no extra cost.
Do I have to sign an annual contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
No. There's no setup fee, and we migrate your customers, jobs, pricebook, and equipment history from your current software for free.
What happens if I have more than 30 techs on Scale?
Scale includes up to 30 techs. Each additional tech is $25 per month. For multi-location businesses or larger teams, Enterprise adds custom rollout, controls, and support.
How is the AI CSR billed?
The AI CSR is a usage-based add-on you can turn on with any plan. It's billed per minute of calls it handles, with no minimums or commitments, and current rates are shown in the app before you turn it on.
What does the free trial include?
The 14-day free trial includes the full product so you can run real jobs. No credit card is required to start.
Are there payment processing fees?
Card and ACH payments processed through Homeforce carry standard processing rates, shown in the app before you start accepting payments. There are no hidden platform fees on top of your plan.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Change plans at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
