How it works
How dispatch & scheduling works in Homeforce
From the first call to the last job of the day, the board is where your office and your techs stay in sync.
Scheduling
Book into real availability, not a guess.
Arrival windows, job durations, and tech skills come from your settings, so CSRs only offer times you can actually hit. Recurring maintenance and follow-ups land on the calendar automatically.
Dispatch
Drag, drop, and dispatch with the full picture.
See who's closest, who's certified, and who has room before you assign. Unassigned jobs sit in a queue, and moving a job notifies the tech and updates the customer's arrival window.
Live status
Know where every job stands without a phone call.
Status updates flow from the mobile app — en route, on site, completed — and the board updates in real time. Running long? The next customer gets a heads-up automatically.
Capacity
Plan the week before the week plans you.
Capacity by team and day shows where you're overbooked and where there's room to sell. Pull maintenance forward into slow days and protect space for emergency calls on hot ones.

FAQ
Dispatch & scheduling questions, answered.
Have a question we didn't cover? Book a demo and ask a product specialist.
Can I see technician locations on the dispatch board?
Yes. With the mobile app or GPS fleet tracking enabled, each tech's live location shows on the board and map, along with drive time to the next job.
How does Homeforce handle arrival windows?
You define windows (for example 8–10 AM or 10 AM–12 PM) and job durations by type. CSRs and online booking only offer windows with real capacity, and customers are notified automatically if a window changes.
Can I schedule multi-day or multi-crew jobs?
Yes. Installs and projects can span days and include multiple techs or crews. Longer jobs can also run as projects with phases on a Gantt view.
Does the board work for small teams?
It works the same for two techs or two hundred. Smaller teams typically start with the board and on-my-way texts, then add capacity planning and AI dispatch as they grow.
What happens when a job runs long?
The tech's status updates from the field, the board flags downstream conflicts, and you can reassign or push the next job — the affected customer gets a text with the new arrival time.
