Masonry software

Masonry software that prices the wall, books the scaffold, and watches the thermometer.

Quote repointing, rebuilds, veneer, and walls with the mortar and scope spelled out, book crews with the mixer and scaffold, plan around cold-weather days, and see what every job really cost in labor and material.

Why Homeforce

Built around how masonry businesses actually work.

The problems masonry owners run into most — and how Homeforce handles each one.

  1. 01

Problem: Repointing bids are a guess at linear feet and a hope about how deep the joints go.

With Homeforce: Price repointing, brick replacement, and rebuilds by linear foot, square foot, or each from your pricebook, with options for partial and full scope.

  2. 02

Problem: The scaffold and the mixer are always on the wrong job.

With Homeforce: Book scaffold, mixers, and the skid steer on the crew board with the crew. Equipment can't be double-booked.

  3. 03

Problem: A freeze in the forecast means re-shuffling every crew by phone.

With Homeforce: Mark mortar work weather sensitive. Freezing and rainy days are flagged ahead, and moving a day shifts the rest of the job and texts the customer.

  4. 04

Problem: Grinding out mortar and cutting block raise silica dust questions you have to answer.

With Homeforce: A required silica checklist on cutting and tuckpointing job types records the dust controls and respirator use for each visit.

How it works

A day in a masonry business, on Homeforce.

Tuckpointing, chimney and step rebuilds, stone veneer, retaining walls, and new brick, each with the scope, crew, and conditions masonry depends on.

Scope & mortar

Show the homeowner what partial and full repointing cost.

Build options from your pricebook: spot repointing on the worst elevation, full repointing, or repointing with brick replacement. Describe the mortar in each option, like a softer lime mortar to match older brick, and set a deposit for materials.

On the scaffold

Every crew starts the day knowing the wall and the weather.

Crew leads open the day's visit for the scope, mortar notes, and photos from the estimate. They clock in, work the silica checklist, take before, during, and after photos, and the homeowner can follow along on the project's progress report.

  • Before, during, and after photos by elevation or phase
  • Daily logs with weather, crew size, and hours on projects
  • Customer progress report link with photos and logs

FAQ

Masonry software questions, answered.

Have a question we didn't cover? Book a demo and ask a product specialist.

Can I estimate repointing by the linear foot?

Yes. Set up pricebook items per linear foot for repointing, per square foot for veneer or wall faces, and per unit for brick replacement, then offer partial and full scopes as options.

Does Homeforce handle cold-weather scheduling?

Mark mortar work weather sensitive. The Weather page flags visits on days with a high below 32°F or a 70% or higher chance of rain and suggests a make-up day. Cold-weather requirements for mortar begin above freezing, so plan heated enclosures or covers from the forecast strip.

Can I track scaffold and equipment?

Yes. Add scaffold sets, mixers, saws, and lifts as equipment on the crew board. Equipment can't be double-booked, and you can block it out for repairs or after a rental is returned.

Does it help with OSHA silica requirements?

You can build a checklist with required items for dust controls and respirator use, attach it to your cutting and tuckpointing job types, and keep photos with it. Your exposure control plan and compliance remain your responsibility.

Can I run large walls and rebuilds as projects?

Yes. Projects have phases with budgets, daily logs, a punch list, change orders the customer signs on site, and progress billing.
