How it works

How customer portal works in Homeforce

Every link you send — confirmation, estimate, invoice — opens the customer's portal, already signed in and up to date.

Estimates

Options they can compare on the couch.

Customers review good, better, and best options with photos and financing, choose one, and sign. The approved job lands in your queue for scheduling, deposit included.

What it can look like

Illustrative example: a plumbing shop sending about 400 invoices and 120 estimates a month

FAQ

Customer portal questions, answered.

Have a question we didn't cover? Book a demo and ask a product specialist.

Do customers need to create an account?

No. Links in your texts and emails sign customers in securely. They can save the portal to their home screen, and a one-time code lets them return anytime.

Is the portal branded to my company?

Yes. Your logo, colors, and contact details appear throughout, and customers see your company name — not ours — in messages.

What can customers do in the portal?

Approve and sign estimates, pay invoices, save payment methods, apply for financing, book or reschedule visits, manage memberships, and view service history and reports.

Can I control which notes and photos customers see?

Yes. Technician notes are internal by default. Mark specific notes, photos, or checklist results as shareable and they appear on the customer's report.

Does the portal work for property managers with many units?

Yes. A contact who manages multiple properties sees all of them in one portal, with approvals and invoices grouped by property.
