Do techs clock in from their phones?
Yes. Clock-in, clock-out, breaks, and job time all happen in the Homeforce mobile app, which also works offline and syncs when back in range.
Does Homeforce run payroll?
Homeforce prepares payroll-ready hours, overtime, tips, and commissions, then you export to your payroll provider. It doesn't replace your payroll provider or file taxes.
Can I set different overtime rules?
Yes. Configure daily and weekly overtime thresholds, double time, holiday pay, and pay rates by role or by employee.
How is GPS used on timesheets?
Clock-in and clock-out events record location so they can be matched to job addresses. Location is captured only while a tech is on the clock.
