How it works
How mobile app works in Homeforce
Everything a tech needs between the truck and the front door, built to be used with gloves on and a ladder nearby.
Job details
Walk in knowing the home and the history.
Techs see the problem description, photos the customer sent, past visits, equipment records, and gate codes before they knock. Membership status and open estimates are right there too.
In the field
Checklists, photos, and notes without the clipboard.
Required checklists, before-and-after photos, and voice-to-notes keep every visit documented. Part usage pulls from the truck's inventory as the tech works.
On-site estimates
Present options at the kitchen table.
Techs build good, better, best options from the pricebook in a few taps, show financing, and collect a signature on screen — no going back to the truck to write it up.
Close out
Invoice and collect before backing out of the driveway.
The invoice builds from the work and parts on the job. Customers pay by tap, card, or ACH on the phone, and the receipt and service report send automatically.

FAQ
Mobile app questions, answered.
Have a question we didn't cover? Book a demo and ask a product specialist.
Does the app work without cell service?
Yes. Jobs, customer details, checklists, and the pricebook are available offline. Notes, photos, and payments captured offline sync automatically when the phone reconnects.
Which devices are supported?
Homeforce runs on iPhone, iPad, and Android phones and tablets. Techs can use company or personal devices with role-based permissions.
Can techs see prices and customer balances?
You decide. Permissions control whether techs see costs, margins, customer balances, and other jobs on the board.
Do techs clock in from the app?
Yes. Techs can clock in and out and track time on each job from the app, and those hours flow into timesheets and payroll.
Is there a per-user fee for the mobile app?
No. Homeforce plans are flat by team size, not per seat. Every tech on your plan gets the full mobile app.
