Pest control estimate and invoice templates
Pest control is sold as an initial service plus a recurring visit price; one-time treatments are flat-rate. These spreadsheets come set up for that, with working totals, tax and deposit, and an example quarterly general pest program to start from.
Free, no sign-up. Works in Excel, Google Sheets and Apple Numbers.

How to use it
- 1Download the template. Download the pest control estimate or invoice (.xlsx). It opens in Excel, Google Sheets and Apple Numbers.
- 2Add your company and customer. Fill in the shaded company, customer and service-address cells, and set the document number and date.
- 3Replace the example lines. The example is a quarterly general pest program. Pest control is sold as an initial service plus a recurring visit price; one-time treatments are flat-rate. Change the items, quantities and unit prices to your own; line totals and the subtotal update automatically.
- 4Set tax and deposit. Mark each line taxable (Y) or not (N), enter your sales tax rate, and set the deposit percent (the example collects none, so the balance equals the total).
- 5Review terms and send. Edit the terms to match your policies, save a copy for the customer, and export to PDF to send.
Tips for pest control estimates
- Enter the number of visits in the agreement term as the quantity so the estimate shows the yearly value.
- On the invoice, bill one visit at a time by changing the quantity to 1.
- Name the target pests in the description; it sets expectations for what re-services cover.
Pest control terms included
- Free re-service between scheduled visits for covered pests.
- Products are applied according to label directions; the label and SDS are available on request.
Plus standard validity and payment terms. Edit all of them to match your policies and local law.
FAQ
Pest control template questions
Have a question we didn't cover? Book a demo and ask a product specialist.
Can I use this for a service agreement?
It works as the price sheet for one. Put the term and renewal terms in the Terms section and attach your signed agreement.
Should I list the products used?
Many states require application records. Keep them on the service ticket; on the invoice a product family name is enough for most customers.
Do the formulas work in Google Sheets?
Yes. The line totals, subtotal, taxable amount, tax, deposit and balance use standard functions (SUM, SUMIF, ROUND, IF) that work in Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers.
