FAQ
Receipt generator questions
Have a question we didn't cover? Book a demo and ask a product specialist.
Do I need to give receipts for cash payments?
It's good practice, and it protects you if a customer disputes a cash payment later. Keep a copy for your own records too.
Should a receipt show the full card number?
No. Show at most the last four digits.
Is a receipt the same as an invoice?
No. An invoice asks for payment; a receipt confirms you've been paid.
