Why offer three options?

Choices let customers pick the level that fits their budget instead of comparing you to another contractor's single number. Many contractors see more approvals and a higher average ticket.

Which option should be recommended?

Usually the middle one, but recommend what you genuinely think is best for the customer's situation.

Can I add financing to each option?

Add the monthly payment in the summary line if you offer financing. Make sure the terms match your financing provider's.
