FAQ

House cleaning checklist questions

Have a question we didn't cover? Book a demo and ask a product specialist.

What's the difference between a standard and deep clean checklist?

A deep clean adds detail work like baseboards, inside appliances, cabinet interiors, door frames and grout. Use the notes or add items in the header so the customer knows which tasks were included.

Should cleaners leave a copy with the customer?

Many companies do, especially for first visits and deep cleans. It shows what was done and cuts down on calls about missed areas.

How do I track checklists for recurring customers?

Save a PDF for each visit by customer and date. Field service software like Homeforce can store checklists on each job.
