FAQ

Certificate of completion generator questions

Have a question we didn't cover? Book a demo and ask a product specialist.

Why get a signed certificate of completion?

It records that the customer accepted the work, which helps with final payment, warranty start dates and disputes.

What if there are still small items to finish?

List them as open items so both sides agree on what's left.

Is this the same as a certificate of occupancy?

No. A certificate of occupancy is issued by the local building department. This is a contractor-customer sign-off.
