Paste your job notes and get a clean scope of work and estimate description in plain words. It only uses what you give it, and leaves [placeholders] for anything missing.

Your estimate description

Your draft appears here. You can edit it before copying.

Written by AI (Claude). Check it before you use it.

How to use it

2Generate. Press the button and get a customer-ready estimate description in a few seconds.
3Edit and use it. Read it over, change anything that isn't quite right, and copy it. Generate again for a different version.

What makes an estimate description work

Says what you'll do in the order you'll do it
Names the materials and brands that matter to the customer
States what's not included
Gives a timeline and what the customer needs to do
Uses plain words, not shop talk
