FAQ
Review request templates questions
Have a question we didn't cover? Book a demo and ask a product specialist.
Where do I find my Google review link?
In your Google Business Profile, choose 'Ask for reviews' (or 'Get more reviews') to copy a short link that opens the review box.
Can I offer a discount for reviews?
Google's policies prohibit offering incentives for reviews, and the FTC's rule on consumer reviews bans incentives tied to positive reviews. Ask, don't pay.
Should I only ask happy customers?
Asking only customers you expect to be happy ('review gating') is against Google's policies. Ask everyone, and handle complaints directly.
