How it works
How AI dispatch works in Homeforce
AI dispatch does the math your best dispatcher does in their head — for every job, all day — and shows its reasoning.
Assignment
Every new job comes with a best-fit tech.
When a job is booked, AI dispatch ranks available techs by required skills and certifications, drive time from their previous stop, open capacity, and your priorities such as members first or high-value leads to top closers.
When the day drifts
A job runs long. The rest of the day doesn't fall apart.
When a tech's status shows a job running over, AI dispatch spots the downstream windows at risk and proposes the smallest set of changes that keeps every promise — before customers start calling.
Dispatcher in control
Suggestions, not surprises.
Every recommendation shows why it was made. Dispatchers approve, tweak, or dismiss with one click — or let low-risk changes like same-window swaps apply automatically if you choose.
Results
See what the suggestions are worth.
Track drive time saved, on-time arrival rate, and jobs per tech per day — and compare days when suggestions were accepted against days they weren't.
What it can look like
Illustrative example: a 10-tech service company running about 45 calls a day
- less driving per tech per day adds up to ~8 hours a week
- ~10 minless driving per tech per day adds up to ~8 hours a week
- extra jobs a week if those recovered hours become billable stops
- +3extra jobs a week if those recovered hours become billable stops
- to see the best-fit tech instead of scanning five schedules
- Secondsto see the best-fit tech instead of scanning five schedules
- of changes reviewed by a dispatcher unless you choose auto-apply
- 100%of changes reviewed by a dispatcher unless you choose auto-apply
Illustrative example for planning purposes, not a reported customer result. Your outcomes depend on your team, market, and setup.

FAQ
AI dispatch questions, answered.
Have a question we didn't cover? Book a demo and ask a product specialist.
Does AI dispatch move jobs on its own?
Not by default. It suggests changes and a dispatcher approves them. You can opt in to auto-applying low-risk changes, such as swaps that keep every customer's arrival window.
What does it consider when ranking techs?
Required skills and certifications, drive time from the tech's current or previous stop, remaining capacity, job priority, and optional factors like close rate on sales opportunities. You set the weighting.
Do customers get notified when a job moves?
If a change affects the customer's arrival window or tech, they receive an automatic text once the change is approved. Same-window swaps can update silently if you prefer.
Does it need GPS?
It works with scheduled job locations alone, and becomes more accurate with live locations from the mobile app or GPS fleet tracking.
Which plans include AI dispatch?
AI dispatch is included on the Scale and Enterprise plans.
