Do I have to use flat-rate pricing?
No. Tasks can be flat rate, time and materials, or a mix. Many shops use flat rate for service and time and materials for larger custom work.
Can you help build or import our pricebook?
Yes. Our migration team imports your existing pricebook at no charge and can help organize categories, photos, and member pricing during onboarding.
Does the pricebook work without internet?
Yes. The full pricebook is stored on the device, so techs can search and build estimates offline. Changes sync when they reconnect.
How do member prices work?
Set a discount per plan or override prices per task. When a tech works on a member's property, member pricing applies automatically.
Can I control who edits prices?
