Inventory & purchasing software that keeps the right parts on the right truck.

How it works
How inventory & purchasing works in Homeforce
Inventory moves with the work: parts are pulled when techs add them to an invoice, and replenished from the warehouse or a supplier PO.
Every location
Know what's on every truck and shelf.
Set stock levels per truck and warehouse. Parts added to an invoice or project are deducted from the tech's truck automatically, so counts stay right without a clipboard.
Replenishment
Restock lists that build themselves overnight.
Each evening, Homeforce compares every truck to its minimums and builds a pick list for the warehouse. Techs start the morning with a restocked truck instead of a supply-house detour.
Purchase orders
Order from suppliers before the shelf is empty.
When the warehouse dips below its reorder point, a draft purchase order is ready for approval. Send it to the supplier, receive against it, and costs flow into the parts you use.
Projects
Order materials for the job, not just the shelf.
For installs and projects, build a materials list from the estimate and send it as a PO for delivery to the jobsite. Received materials post straight to that job's costs.
What it can look like
Illustrative example: a 9-truck HVAC company where techs make a supply-house run about twice a week
- supply runs a week across the fleet before trucks were restocked nightly
- 18supply runs a week across the fleet before trucks were restocked nightly
- lost per run in drive time and counter wait
- ~45 minlost per run in drive time and counter wait
- a week of tech time back on billable jobs if most runs disappear
- 13.5 hrsa week of tech time back on billable jobs if most runs disappear
Illustrative example for planning purposes, not a reported customer result. Your outcomes depend on your team, market, and setup.

FAQ
Inventory & purchasing questions, answered.
Have a question we didn't cover? Book a demo and ask a product specialist.
Can I track inventory on each truck separately?
Yes. Each truck and warehouse is its own location with min and max levels. Parts used on a job are deducted from the assigned tech's truck automatically.
Does inventory connect to the pricebook?
Yes. Pricebook items can be linked to inventory parts, so the price the customer sees and the cost you pay stay connected.
Can I send purchase orders to suppliers from Homeforce?
Yes. Create or approve purchase orders, email them to suppliers, and receive partial or full deliveries against them.
How do material costs reach job costing?
Parts used from stock post at their average cost, and materials received on a job-specific PO post at the PO cost, directly to that job.
Which plan includes inventory and purchasing?
Inventory and purchasing are included on the Scale and Enterprise plans.
