How it works

How reporting & dashboards works in Homeforce

Every report reads from the same live records your team works in — jobs, estimates, invoices, and time — so there's nothing to export first.

Company

The whole business on one screen.

Revenue by business unit, gross margin, cash collected, and booked work ahead. Set targets and see pacing so you can push or pull before the month is decided.

What it can look like

Illustrative example: a 12-tech, multi-trade company that built its numbers in spreadsheets every Monday

revenue, margin, and close rate — not last week's export

of weekly spreadsheet work handed back to the office manager

from any number to the jobs, calls, and invoices behind it

Illustrative example for planning purposes, not a reported customer result. Your outcomes depend on your team, market, and setup.

FAQ

Reporting & dashboards questions, answered.

Have a question we didn't cover? Book a demo and ask a product specialist.

Are reports real time?

Yes. Dashboards read from live job, estimate, invoice, and time records, so numbers update as work is completed and paid.

Can I build custom reports?

Yes. Start from a standard report, change filters, columns, and grouping, and save it as your own view. Custom dashboards are available on Scale and Enterprise.

Can technicians see their own numbers?

Yes. Techs see their own performance in the mobile app. You control which metrics they see; they never see other techs' data unless you allow it.

Can I export data?

Any report can be exported to CSV or scheduled by email. Accounting data also syncs to QuickBooks.

How is gross margin calculated?

Margin on a job uses its invoiced revenue minus labor from timesheets and materials used from inventory or purchase orders.
