Yes. Homeforce offers two-way sync with both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
What syncs between Homeforce and QuickBooks?
Customers, invoices with line items and tax, payments, credits, and payouts as deposits. Items and accounts are mapped during setup so revenue lands in the right place.
Can I bring existing QuickBooks customers into Homeforce?
Yes. During setup we import and match existing customers so history isn't duplicated. Our migration team handles this as part of free onboarding.
How often does it sync?
Changes sync automatically within minutes. You can also trigger a sync manually from the accounting settings.
What happens if something fails to sync?
It appears in the sync exceptions queue with the reason and a suggested fix. Nothing is silently skipped.
