Where does the copilot get its answers?
From your Homeforce data — jobs, estimates, invoices, payments, calls, memberships, and timesheets. It does not guess figures; answers link back to the records behind them.
Can it take actions without me?
No. It proposes actions such as follow-up tasks or campaigns, and nothing is created or sent until you or someone you authorize approves it.
Who can use the copilot?
Owners and admins by default. You can grant access to managers, and the copilot respects each user's permissions — people only get answers about data they can already see.
What if it misunderstands a question?
It states the assumptions it made, like the date range or which jobs count as replacements, so you can correct it and re-ask.
