How it works
How call tracking works in Homeforce
Every tracked call lands on the customer record with its source, recording, and outcome — no spreadsheet reconciliation at month end.
Tracking numbers
One local number per campaign, in minutes.
Pick local or toll-free numbers for each ad, mailer, or truck. Calls forward to your office or the AI CSR, and the source is stamped on the call before anyone answers.
Caller context
Know who's calling and why before you say hello.
Returning customers pop up with their address, equipment, and open estimates. New callers show the campaign they came from, so CSRs can greet them in context and book faster.
Missed calls
Missed calls get a text back before they call someone else.
When a tracked call goes unanswered, Homeforce sends an automatic text and drops a callback task on the board. Calls that go to voicemail are transcribed and attached to the lead.
ROI
See revenue by source, not just call volume.
Because tracked calls connect to jobs and invoices, reports show cost per booked job and return on each channel. Cut the ads that ring and don't book; double down on the ones that close.

FAQ
Call tracking questions, answered.
Have a question we didn't cover? Book a demo and ask a product specialist.
Can I keep my existing business phone number?
Yes. Your main number stays as is. Tracking numbers are added on top for specific campaigns and forward to your main line, your office team, or the AI CSR.
Are calls recorded?
Recording is optional and configurable per number. When enabled, callers hear a disclosure, and recordings and transcripts attach to the customer record.
How is revenue attributed to a call?
When a tracked call creates or updates a job, the source carries through to the estimate and invoice. Reports total paid revenue for jobs that started from each number.
How many tracking numbers can I have?
Plans include a set of tracking numbers, and you can add more as you launch campaigns. Numbers can be local to your service area or toll-free.
Does call tracking work with the AI CSR?
Yes. Tracked numbers can route to the AI CSR after hours or on overflow, and the AI books the job with the campaign source already attached.
