Homeforce AI
Voice-to-notes software that writes the job notes while techs keep working.
Techs talk through what they found and what they did. Homeforce turns it into clear notes, follow-ups, and equipment details — no thumb-typing in a crawlspace.

How it works
How voice-to-notes works in Homeforce
Good notes protect warranties, set up the next visit, and answer the customer's questions. Voice-to-notes makes them the default, not the exception.
In the field
Hold the button and talk like you would to your service manager.
Techs record in the mobile app, even without signal. Background noise, trade jargon, part numbers, and model numbers are handled, and the recording uploads when the phone reconnects.
Structured notes
Rambling becomes readable.
The AI separates what was found, what was done, parts used, and recommendations — in your company's note format — and the tech reviews before saving. Nothing goes on the record unapproved.
Equipment and parts
Details land where they belong.
Model and serial numbers update the equipment record, parts used flow to the invoice and inventory, and refrigerant added is logged on the unit — from one voice note.
Nothing slips
Recommendations become tasks.
When a tech mentions a repair the customer deferred or a quote they asked for, Homeforce creates the follow-up, assigns it, and sets a due date — so recommendations turn into booked work.
What it can look like
Illustrative example: 6 techs each completing about 4 jobs a day
- of typing per job replaced by under a minute of talking
- ~5 minof typing per job replaced by under a minute of talking
- a day back across the team (6 techs × 4 jobs × 5 min)
- ~2 hrsa day back across the team (6 techs × 4 jobs × 5 min)
- of jobs with notes when it's faster to leave one than skip it
- 100%of jobs with notes when it's faster to leave one than skip it
- deferred recommendation captured as a follow-up task
- Everydeferred recommendation captured as a follow-up task
Illustrative example for planning purposes, not a reported customer result. Your outcomes depend on your team, market, and setup.

FAQ
Voice-to-notes questions, answered.
Have a question we didn't cover? Book a demo and ask a product specialist.
Does it work without cell signal?
Yes. Techs can record offline. The audio is stored on the device and processed when the phone reconnects, then the tech reviews the notes.
Do techs have to review the notes?
Yes. Notes are saved as a draft until the tech approves or edits them, and equipment, invoice, and inventory updates only apply after approval.
Does it understand trade terms?
It's tuned for home service vocabulary — refrigerant types, part names, model and serial numbers, and common abbreviations — and you can add your own terms.
Is the audio kept?
You choose whether recordings are kept with the job or deleted after notes are approved. Many companies keep only the written notes.
Which languages are supported?
Techs can record in English or Spanish, and notes can be written in your company's default language.
