ServiceTitan alternatives

ServiceTitan alternatives

ServiceTitan is built for scale, and for many large contractors it's the right call. Smaller and mid-size shops usually look around because of quote-only pricing, multi-year terms or the number of separate Pro products. These alternatives trade some depth for simpler pricing and setup.

Vendor details checked November 3, 2026, with sources below.

Why people look

Why teams look beyond ServiceTitan

  • No published prices: every package requires a pricing request, and pricing is partly based on technician count.[1],[2]
  • Commitment length: new customers primarily sign annual or multi-year agreements, typically 12 to 36 months, that auto-renew.[2]
  • Separate Pro products for marketing, contact center, pricebook, fleet, scheduling, dispatch and AI call handling.[1]
  • Implementation effort: its annual report notes customers may need to dedicate resources to implementation, onboarding and training.[2]

Before you switch from ServiceTitan

  • Find your ServiceTitan agreement end date and any notice period; contracts auto-renew unless cancelled in advance.
  • List which Pro products you actually use and what each one does for you, so you can match them feature by feature.
  • Export customers, locations, equipment, jobs, estimates, invoices and your pricebook to CSV.
  • If you do construction work, check AIA billing, RFIs and WIP needs against what the alternative supports today.
  • Confirm your accounting integration is live on the new platform before your cutover date.
  • Plan a short overlap where both systems run, so no open jobs or unpaid invoices fall through.

FAQ

ServiceTitan alternatives: common questions

Have a question we didn't cover? Book a demo and ask a product specialist.

What's the best ServiceTitan alternative for a smaller HVAC company?

Look for published pricing and the HVAC basics: memberships, flat-rate pricebook and multi-option estimates. Homeforce Pro includes all three on published pricing; FieldEdge and Housecall Pro are also common choices.

Are there ServiceTitan alternatives without annual contracts?

Homeforce is month-to-month, Housecall Pro says it has no long-term contracts, and Jobber offers a no-commitment monthly option.

Which alternatives handle construction-style projects?

Homeforce Scale includes phases, change orders, progress billing, daily logs and job costing. For AIA billing, RFIs and WIP reporting, ServiceTitan itself remains the deeper option.

Can I get a ServiceTitan alternative with AI built in?

Housecall Pro includes its AI Team free, with CSR AI call answering as an add-on. Homeforce includes AI estimate drafts, dispatch suggestions and Copilot, but its AI receptionist isn't on live calls yet.

Will I need an implementation project to switch?

It depends on the tool. Homeforce, Housecall Pro and Jobber can be set up by your own team from a trial, Housecall Pro Max adds a dedicated onboarding specialist, and FieldEdge includes an onboarding specialist on every plan.
