FAQ
Construction & projects questions, answered.
Have a question we didn't cover? Book a demo and ask a product specialist.
Which plans include projects?
Projects, job costing, and inventory are included on Scale and up. Change orders and progress billing are part of projects.
Can I bill by milestone or percent complete?
Yes. Set a billing schedule by milestone, phase, or percent complete, hold retainage where your contracts require it, and invoice each stage from the project.
How does job costing work?
Each project has a budget by phase for labor, materials, and subs. Timesheets, purchase orders, and bills post actuals against it as they happen, so margin is visible mid-job.
Can projects and service calls share crews?
Yes. Projects and service calls use the same customers, techs, and calendar, so a crew can finish a phase in the morning and run a service call in the afternoon without double-booking.
