FAQ
Commercial questions, answered.
Have a question we didn't cover? Book a demo and ask a product specialist.
Can one customer have many locations?
Yes. A commercial account holds any number of sites, each with its own address, equipment, contacts, access instructions, and billing rules, while reporting rolls up to the parent account.
How do not-to-exceed limits work?
Set an NTE on the job or contract. When an estimate or work would exceed it, the tech is prompted to get approval, and the customer can approve from a link before work continues.
Can invoices include PO numbers and net terms?
Yes. Require a PO per account or per job, set payment terms like net 30, and send invoices individually or as a consolidated statement for the account's accounts payable team.
Do commercial invoices sync to QuickBooks?
Yes. Invoices, payments, and customers sync to QuickBooks Online or Desktop, including PO numbers and terms, so your bookkeeper isn't re-entering anything.
