How it works
How consumer financing works in Homeforce
Financing lives inside estimates and invoices, so payment options are part of the conversation — not an afterthought on a separate form.
Estimates
Lead with the monthly number.
Turn on financing per estimate template and every option shows an estimated monthly payment. Customers compare options on what fits their budget, not just the total.
Self-serve
Customers apply on their own phone.
A secure application opens on the homeowner's device, so the tech never handles personal or income details. Most decisions come back while the tech is still on site.
Close
Approved, signed, scheduled — in one visit.
Once approved, the customer signs the proposal and the install is booked on the board. Funding status follows the job, so the office knows exactly when to expect payment.
Reporting
See what financing is really worth.
Compare close rates and average ticket on financed versus unfinanced proposals, by tech and by job type, so you know where to offer it and how to coach it.

FAQ
Consumer financing questions, answered.
Have a question we didn't cover? Book a demo and ask a product specialist.
Who provides the financing?
Financing is offered through lending partners integrated with Homeforce. Homeowners apply directly with the lender; Homeforce shows the options and tracks status on the job.
Does applying affect the customer's credit?
Customers can check their options with a soft inquiry that doesn't affect their credit score. A full application happens only if they choose to proceed.
When do I get paid on a financed job?
Funding is typically released when the job is marked complete and the customer confirms. Funding status is visible on the job and invoice.
Can I control which jobs show financing?
Yes. Turn financing on per estimate template, per price threshold, or per option, and set which plans appear for which job types.
Is financing included in my plan?
Yes. Consumer financing is included on every plan, and there's no setup fee to turn it on.
